After Sale Service (AVS) and Guarantees

At Plumbservice.fr, we are proud to offer you a responsive, clear and compliant after-sales service in accordance with current regulations. Below you will find all the useful information regarding the management of returns, the legal guarantees and the procedure to follow in case of withdrawal or defective product.

Time limits for withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or bear penalties.

To exercise this right, simply send us an e-mail request to sav@groupeproservice.fr or via the online contact form. A receipt will be sent to you.

The products must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, notices, etc.) and not damaged. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Return and refund conditions

  • Products on request/specific cannot be returned.
  • Damaged, dirty or incomplete items will not be reimbursed or recovered.
  • The reimbursement shall take place within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt of returned products, via the same means of payment as used during the order.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L.217-1 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code. This guarantee covers defects existing at the time of delivery for a period of 2 years from receipt of the product.

The buyer may request repair or replacement of the product. In case of impossibility, it may be refunded.

Guarantee against hidden defects

Regardless of the legal guarantee of conformity, our customers also benefit from the Guarantee against hidden defects (arts. 1641-1649 of the Civil Code). It makes it possible to obtain full or partial reimbursement of a product affected by a hidden defect making it unfit for use.

Manufacturer's commercial warranty

Some items sold on our website can benefit from a Specific commercial guarantee proposed by the manufacturer. This information shall be indicated on the product sheet where appropriate.

In order to activate this guarantee, the manufacturer concerned should be approached directly.

VAS procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at: sav@groupeproservice.fr or 09 70 71 18 76.
  2. Indicate your order number, the product reference and the problem description.
  3. Our team will tell you the steps to follow for the return or exchange of the product.

All returns must be previously validated by our VAS. Items returned without prior agreement will not be processed.
