After-sales service (SAV) and guarantees
At Leadservice.fr, we put a point of honor to offer you a reactive, clear and compliant after-sales service in force. Below you will find all the useful information about returns management, legal guarantees and the procedure for retraction or defective product.
Withdrawal times
In accordance with Article L.2211-18 of the Consumer Code, consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their Right of withdrawalwithout having to justify patterns or to bear penalties.
To exercise this right, simply send us an application by e-mail to sav@groupeproservice.fr or via the online contact form. An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you.
The products must be returned to their original state, complete (packaging, accessories, records, etc.) and undamaged. The return fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions of return and refund
- Products on request / specific can not be returned.
- Damaged items, salis or incomplete will not be refunded or resumed.
- The refund intervenes within a maximum period of 14 days Depending on the receipt of returned products, via the same payment method as used when used.
Legal guarantee of conformity
All our products benefit from the Legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-1 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code. This warranty covers existing compliance defects at the time of delivery for a period of 2 years from the receipt of the product.
The buyer may request repair or replacement of the product. In case of impossibility, he can be reimbursed.
Guarantee against hidden defects
Regardless of the legal warranty of compliance, our customers also benefit from the Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). It makes it possible to obtain the total or partial refund of an affected product of a hidden fault making it impropriate for use.
Manufacturer's commercial guarantee
Some items sold on our site can benefit from a Specific commercial guarantee proposed by the manufacturer. This information is mentioned on the product sheet where appropriate.
To activate this warranty, it is necessary to get closer directly from the manufacturer concerned.

- Indicate your order number, the reference of the product concerned, and the description of the problem encountered.
- Our team will tell you the steps to follow for the return or exchange of the product.
All returns must be validated beforehand by our service. The returned items without prior agreement will not be processed.
